Crisp, bright and refreshing – this beautiful pink watermelon ale is everything you want in a summer beer. Slightly tart and not overly sweet, melon takes center stage with a light ale backing.

A freestyle saison ale brewed with honey, a smash combination of French Saison yeast and a hint of rye malt. With every sip, unleash a high-flying smack of citrus and spice. ¡Blam!

Texas summers seem to last forever, so we created a 4.5% patio pounder that’s as light y crisp as the day is long. The art is inspired by the use of Equinox hops that shines so brightly in this hoppy lager.

A bold and beautiful oatmeal stout inspired by the smoothness of “Biggie” himself. Flaked oats added a cool silkiness to this roasty and delicious 7.1.% ABV brew.

OG fans of our brewery were fond of this classic American pale ale. Floral & refreshing with crisp flavors of toronja y pine. ABV is an easy-drinking 5.7% ABV. A favorite taproom rotator.

BLOCK PARTY

ROBUST PORTER

This robust porter is smooth & chocolaty. Medium bitterness, mild hop flavor & layers of malt make it easy to rock the block to the “Dark Side.”

HOMIE BREW

This beer was a homage to Kelly Harris of Dallas’ own Homebrew Headquarters. Kelly shares this 4-ingredient steam beer recipe with all new brewers who are shifting from extract brewing to full mash brewing. It’s crisp, malty & caramel-like at a quaffable 4.5% ABV.

QUEEN BEE

GRAPEFRUIT SAISON

8.2% ABV | 21 IBU

The Queen Bee is a series of flavor additions to “El Super Bee Saison”. In this version, we’ve added hand-picked and hand-squeezed “Laura’s Delicious Rio Red” grapefruit sourced directly from the Martinez citrus farm in Bayview, Texas. Texas-sourced honey + French saison yeast and a hint of rye malt. Rio Red Grapefruit adds juicy sweetness, fruit zest and the proud Tejas spirit of the Rio Grande Valley.

LA LECHUZA

CERVEZA NEGRA

Inspired by South-Texas folklore of “La Lechuza”, we wanted to brew a beer worth drinking around campfires & ghost stories. The result was a Cerveza Negra with roasty flavors, a hint of cinnamon and bready graham cracker. A 7.6% ABV Fall favorite.

EL MáS CHINGóN

RED WHEAT DIPA

9.0% ABV | 85 IBU

From the home of El Chingón, we proudly bring you El Más Chingón Double IPA. Intentionally different from a traditional “double”, this beer is brewed with the addition of red wheat for a sweet and bready malt base. Huell Melon and Citra hops provide balance with bright tropical flavors. Más hops. Más sabor. !Más Sabroso!

LA BAJADA

BROWN ALE

5.0% ABV | 25 IBU

An OG brew named after el barrio de La Bajada where we first set up shop. The beer is an American Brown Ale with 5.0% ABV. Malty, nutty without being overly sweet or sticky. You can find this brew in the taproom during cooler months.
